WebClarity Service Outage
Period: Monday, Sept 17, 2007 3:01-5:00am EDT
Planned upgrades to a core router in our Toronto Data Center will affect access to WebClarity's Online Services. Network connectivity may be unavailable for up to 15 minutes during this maintenance window. Brief performance problems and latency may also be experienced during this period.
Services Unavailable during the Outage
Note: Bookwhere client
users (Windows version) will be able to use the product,
however, the AutoSync feature as well as activation of new
product will not be possible during the outage. We do apologize
for this necessary interruption in our online services.
