WebClarity Service Outage

Planned upgrades to core routers in our Toronto Data Center will affect access to WebClarity's Online Services. You may experience brief periods of latency and packet loss as traffic is re-routed around the affected routers. The duration of each maintenance window will be 4 hours.

Services Affected during the Window

Note: This is not anticipated to cause a full outage, but performance and connectivity to our services may be interrupted during these maintenance windows. Bookwhere client users (Windows version) will be unaffected by this work. We do apologize for this necessary interruption in our online services.
