Events

With an online calendar of events and programs, you can provide an easy-to-use, accessible method for advertising what’s happening at the library. Patrons can register as soon as they find a program they like. They don’t have to wait for the Library to open, or for that staff person with the program book.

Online registration and reminders

After they register, patrons can receive automatic reminders about upcoming programs. They can also set alerts to notify them of similar events and they can download program dates and details to their PDA. They can also use the Invite a friend link to send emails and invite others to join the group.

Staff-only registration

What if you don’t want a specific program to be bookable via the Web? Then it doesn’t have to be. If a program is fully booked, late-comers can be put automatically onto a waiting list. If openings become available, those names can be moved, again automatically, into the registered group.
