• Our software licenses are non-transferrable, however, licenses supported by an annual maintenance agreement, can be moved to a new machine in the event of hardware failure or upgrades of PCs with our assistance.
• Phone and email Technical Support is available to answer your questions, assist with managing your licenses, or helping with recovery/re-installation of your software after hardware failures or replacements.
• Our AutoSync service provides weekly updates to the connection information which allows BookWhere to search more databases than any other Z39.50 client available today!
• With the release of BookWhere 6, annual maintenance also includes a subscription to our Record Rating and Scoring Service which makes it easy for catalogers to select the most complete records from a set of search results at a glance.

Renewing your Maintenance Agreement

Maintenance Renewal reminders are normally sent by email about 2 months prior to your expiry date to allow sufficient time for processing and avoid any interruption in service. Be sure to keep us updated with new contact information if you have staff changes during the year.

Your renewal reminder can be printed and faxed back to us requesting an invoice or providing credit card details.
