Testing Network Connectivity from Bookwhere

1. From the menu choose Options–>Network Test




2. Click Start Network Test




3. Scroll through the list of ports tested, and note any that report ‘Failure’. Please refer your Network Administrator to our document: Network Ports Required for proper operation of BookWhere for detailed information on firewall configuration which may be required. If all ports test Successfully you do not have any firewall concerns.
