PC Connection Support
Our support representatives may
be able to assist you by allowing
them temporary access to your workstation
for a limited period of time.
You will be
able to watch your own screen while they
demonstrate the use of a feature or investigate
a problem you have reported.
Start a connection by clicking on one of the 'color eyes'. Our support representative will tell you which one to select. After running the application a dialog box will open. Click the Connect button.
During the connection you will see
a tray icon. Right mouse click and choose
Exit to disconnect the support session at
any time. The connect dialog box will reappear, click the Quit button.
Once closed the connection software
disappears from your PC and can only be reconnected
by visiting our support site again and requesting
the Direct Support Connection.
