Direct PC Connection Support

  • Our support representatives may be able to assist you by allowing them temporary access to your workstation for a limited period of time.
  • You will be able to watch your own screen while they demonstrate the use of a feature or investigate a problem you have reported.
  • Start a connection by clicking on one of the 'color eyes'. Our support representative will tell you which one to select. After running the application a dialog box will open. Click the Connect button.
  • During the connection you will see a tray icon. Right mouse click and choose Exit to disconnect the support session at any time. The connect dialog box will reappear, click the Quit button.
  • Once closed the connection software disappears from your PC and can only be reconnected by visiting our support site again and requesting the Direct Support Connection.
