- New User Training: A one-hour Product Overview Webinar offered on a regular schedule and oriented to new users of BookWhere Suite (or those that would like a refresher to learn some new tips and tricks!) . It is an introduction to the application’s features and functions. This is offered most Thursdays at 1pm Eastern time. - Advanced Training: A one-hour Advanced Product Webinar is available on a per-request basis to individual organizations to support team learning through an interactive session which explores best practices and tips and tricks.
