Backup and Restore of BookWhere Suite Settings

User preferences and settings files can be saved and copied to a new computer. This lets you retain locally created database groups and locally added databases and all of the preferences configured in Options > Settings in BookWhere. It also lets you keep your macro scripts, custom tags, and Options > Settings in MARC Notepad. These preferences and settings are automatically reinstated when you upgrade BookWhere Suite (upgrade, not uninstall and reinstall) on the same computer. To ensure that the preferences and settings can be restored in the event of a hard drive failure or relocation to another computer, save them to a portable device or network drive.
