Technical Support Annual Maintenance Program

WebClarity products are either sold as annual subscriptions (where we host a service you are accessing), or they are sold for installation at your site and are eligible for our annual maintenance program. Up to one year of maintenance may be included with your initial product purchase.

Additional Benefits specific to the BookWhere Product Line

• Our software licenses are non-transferrable; however, licenses supported by an annual maintenance agreement can be moved to a new machine in the event of hardware failure or upgrades of PCs with our assistance.
• Our AutoSync service provides regular updates to the database search connection information that allows BookWhere to search more databases than any other competitive product available today!
• Our Record Rating and Scoring Service makes it easy for cataloguers to select the most complete records from a set of search results at a glance.

Renewing your Annual Maintenance or Annual Subscription contract

Maintenance and subscription renewal reminders normally arrive by email approximately 2 months prior to your expiry date to allow sufficient time for processing and avoid any interruption in service. Be sure to keep us updated with new contact information if you have staff changes during the year.

Your renewal reminder can be printed and faxed back to us requesting an invoice or providing credit card details.
