- From the Liberty homepage, scroll down to the system area
- From the system menu, click import
- Choose #1 format (MARC default)
- Browse for the file that you saved from BookWhere’s export file menu
- Open the file
- Click the load copies box
- Click import to load the records into your catalog. This takes you to the screen where you can search for the new records in the Liberty catalog
