How can I load records into my Mandarin Oasis catalog?

You can import MARC records from BookWhere into your Oasis catalog by following three easy steps.

Setup

Sign in to Oasis as a user with cataloging privileges

Click on cataloging tools

Select the Import Tab

Click browse to navigate to the MARC file

Select the MARC file you saved in BookWhere

Click upload

Step 1: Choose the data type (MARC) and select the range of records to be imported

Step 2: Select field mapping configuration and choose Load

Step 3: Specify Import Options



Click Finish when done.
