Select the Import menu from your Symphony software, and choose the file you want to import from “File to load” and the record format, MARC
Navigate to Schedule New Reports : Display Template Reports
Set the desired match criteria and processing defaults
Run the Load Bibliographic Records report
To view the imported records, go to “display finished records.” The records just loaded will come up when you choose “view.” The report will show you the number of records as well as the actual records that were loaded.
