Mandarin M3 SendTo Patch

Problem: After upgrading or reinstalling BookWhere, the SendTo Mandarin M3 option has disappeared

M3 does not register itself properly with BookWhere. In order to correct this problem, you will have to download and run this M3 BookWhere patch. Another problem is that M3 does successfully unregister itself with BookWhere so this patch has been designed to set the Read-Only status on the SendTo.xml file which is created to prevent the patch from being removed with each run/shutdown of M3. For Windows 7, you should first save this utility program and then run it as administrator.
