Why does AutoSync report that a connection with the server could not be established?

This error message is related to how your Internet browser connects to external
webpages and may indicate a change in proxy settings. If you can use your
Internet browser to search external Websites and if your annual maintenance
contract is current, you should be able to run AutoSync using your default
Internet Explorer settings.

If you see the connection error message, contact
your network support team to see whether you need to configure proxy server
settings manually.

If you do, open BookWhere and choose Options >> Settings >>
Proxy Server tab, modify the settings and click OK to save.
